Each year we extend three “Anchored in Community” Grants to small businesses we truly believe have the power to positively impact their communities. These grants come in the form of free services to the recipient's company.

Process:

Email info@anchor619.com with a statement on why you would like to be considered
A 30-min informational call with 2-3 Anchor 6:19 staffs
15-minute discussion on services that may be a good fit to propel your organization forward
Decision via email

Eligibility:

Minimum revenue of $25,000 in the past 12 months
Minority-Owned proprietorship (no other full-time employees)

Operating for at least one year
Community-Focused Mission or Services

Grants are eligible for 30-days after notice of award.

Jada Juice was founded in 2020 by Jada Samuels at age 17. She aspires to provide minority communities better access to healthier food, starting with her all-natural smoothies. Using fresh fruits and vegetables, Jada crafted each flavor option to support specific nutrition goals.

Salt+Light Agency

SALT+LIGHT is a brand development agency focused on research and strategy for underrepresented and marginalized communities.

Their purpose is to elevate businesses to new heights, not only with brand strategy but through reciprocal community and education.

Salt+Light brings out the flavors of these entrepreneurs and their brands, supporting them in building a collective of creatives.
